Did you know that the Utah House of Representatives follows us on Instagram? We’ve been very vocal educating the public about legislative actions and bills related to the gondola. Contrary to what some think the gondola WILL NOT HAPPEN IF IT IS NOT FUNDED by the legislature. Keep the pressure on and let your elected officials know you are watching them! Use the button to find your House and Senate reps and their email. Drop them a line to say you are against gondola funding.
Support Non-Gondola Solutions
There are so many simple actions you can take to help avoid a gondola. Take the ski bus and bring your friends and family. Be sure to have appropriate traction on your car. Check road conditions before heading into the canyon. Carpool with others. Reserve parking. Take a private shuttle. Leave later after the morning rush. Choose another ski resort on heavy days. Tell Snowbird to implement reserve parking. Contact UTA and UDOT and request mobility hubs and or buses be provided.
