As a 501 (c) (4) organization fighting UDOT’s gondola decision, Friends of Little Cottonwood Canyon is the only group in the #nogondola movement that can fully engage in the political arena—endorsing candidates, weighing in on legislation, and carrying the overwhelming public opposition to the gondola straight to Capitol Hill. We have successfully influenced political opinions on both sides of the aisle and elections with our educational and media campaigns.
