FoLCC Submits New Public Comment to WFRC as Regional Transportation Plan Review Reopens
As the Wasatch Front Regional Council reopened its Regional Transportation Plan review, FoLCC has submitted a new public comment challenging the Little Cottonwood Canyon gondola on every front: a reliability claim contradicted by UDOT’s own EIS, a loading station built on a toxic EPA Superfund site, and a legal opinion written by a firm with an undisclosed tie to Snowbird. Our ask is simple — don’t lock in a billion-dollar, resort-benefiting gondola without proof it’s actually needed.
